American Tree Sparrow

This is perfect! This little one is posing wonderfully!.. Showing all the distinctive field markings, the bi-coloured bill, the chest button, the wing markings, the rusty crown, shoulder patch and all the subtle coloration’s on the body. I photographed this using the ambient light and a bird size softbox.. There’s a glorious play of warm and cool light happening here that adds to create a striking and outstanding image of these sweet visitors.
